Job Description:

As a Receptionist at RegalCare, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff. Your role is crucial in providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our facility. Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
  • Answering phone calls and managing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
  • Assisting residents and their families with inquiries and requests
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Performing general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
